PlayTime4You.com has recently made changes to shipping policies. Please read the entire shipping policy prior to placing your order.

We ship every day Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We have two shipping methods to choose from including Standard and Priority Shipping.

* Please understand that heavier or bulkier items may required additional shipping costs and estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed dates, only estimates.

Shipping Information

Business Days are Monday through Friday – There is no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Orders placed on any of these days will be processed on the next business day. PlayTime4You.com will post special holiday shipping information at least two months in advance of any major shipment holiday.

We require a physical address for delivery. No P.O. Boxes Please. UPS Stores are OK for UPS only as long as someone is authorized to sign for your packages.

All P.O. Box customers will be shipped via USPS as FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P. O. Boxes.

Discreet Shipping/Packaging

All packages shipped to our customers are shipped either by UPS, Fed Ex, or US Postal Mail. Packages are shipped in plain white boxes or in each shipping carriers respective packaging with no distinctive marks, list of contents or return address labels that would elude someone of the package contents. The PlayTime4You.com name WILL NOT appear anywhere on the packaging and only will appear on the content receipt tucked away inside a sealed package. The return address will have the name EMART MEDIA listed on the outside of the package with a return address to our distribution center in New Jersey.

Oversized Packages / Heavy Products

Some products ordered at PlayTime4You.com may not meet the standard shipping criteria due to abnormal size, shape or weight. These products will be clearly identified in the product description on the product detail page. Products that require individual additional shipping charges may not appear during checkout due to the complexity of the actual shipping amount associated with your individual delivery address. You will be notified by email of the exact total necessary for additional shipping of these items once we have determined the actual cost from the selected shipment carrier.
